Getting the photos without spoiling the surprise
You probably have them already: your own phone, a shared album, the photos she posts of her dog. We need at least 2, 1 where the face is clear and 1 that shows the whole dog. Daylight and eye level work best. The proof is emailed to the address on the order, so if you place the order, it comes to you and not to her.
For a birthday, Mother’s Day, or no reason at all
Most canvases arrive 8 to 16 days after you order, a little later if the proof needs changes. Each scene page shows an estimate worked out for the day you order.
Sizes and frames
Every scene comes in 1 shape, portrait, landscape or panoramic, and 5 sizes. Portraits suit a narrow wall or a chest of drawers; landscapes and panoramics suit the wall above a sofa or a sideboard. Each size comes framed or frameless, and the size guide on every scene page shows all 5 to scale.

Can I ship it straight to her?
Yes. Enter her address as the shipping address. Each order goes to 1 address, so place a separate order for each person if you are giving more than 1 canvas.
Framed or frameless?
Every size comes both ways. The 4 frames are Noir, a matte black; Craie, a soft chalk white; Blond, a pale natural wood; and Cacao, a deep warm brown.
How long does it take?
Your proof comes back within 24 to 48 hours. Once you approve it, printing and finishing take 3 to 6 working days (5 to 8 from mid-November through December), and delivery another 2 to 5 working days, so most canvases arrive 8 to 16 days after you order. The estimate on each scene page is worked out for the day you order.
What if she has 2 dogs?
They can both be in it: up to 3 dogs fit in 1 portrait. Send photos of each dog.
