Bonne et Filou wants everyone to be able to shop with us, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or other assistive technology.

What we are doing

• We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, as the standard we work toward.
• We review new pages and features for accessibility before they go live, and we test with a keyboard and with screen readers.
• We fix the problems we find, and we keep working through the rest of the site.

If any part of our website is hard to use, please tell us. Write to contact@bonneetfilou.com with the page and what happened. A person will read it and reply within 2 business days. We can also take your order or answer your question by email while we fix the problem.
