Where we ship from

Bonne et Filou treats, toys and accessories ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, USA. L'Atelier personalized canvases are made to order and ship directly from the Atelier in the United States. 
If your order contains both, they arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Treats, toys and accessories

Orders placed before 8am Eastern time ship the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day.

Within the United States, standard shipping is $3.99, and free on orders of $49.99 or more. Faster options, including Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express and UPS 1-Day, are offered at checkout and priced by weight and destination. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is calculated at checkout.

We also ship to Canada, Mexico and many other countries. International rates are calculated at checkout, and some destinations ship free on orders of $100 or more.

L'Atelier personalized canvases

Canvas shipping is free to every US state (outside of Alaska and Hawaii). Each canvas is made for your dog, so it ships once you have approved your proof. Your proof comes back within 24 to 48 hours. Once you approve it, printing and framing take 2 to 3 days (3 to 5 from mid-November through December), and delivery takes another 1 to 3 days (2 to 4 in that season), so most canvases arrive 3 to 7 days after you order (5 to 10 days in that season). Le Sur-Mesure, built from your brief, starts with 2 versions within 2 to 3 days, and most arrive 5 to 9 days after you order (7 to 12 days in that season). Each product page shows an estimated delivery window for the day you order.

Damaged or missing packages

If a canvas arrives damaged or misprinted, email a photo to contact@BonneEtFilou.com within 72 hours of delivery and we will make you a new one, free. If treats or accessories arrive damaged, or a package does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right.
