OUR 12 FAVORITE DOGS OF CHRISTMAS
Feliz Navi(dog) to all of the pups out there! As Christmas quickly approaches, we’re listing our 12 favorite dogs of Christmas this year as an ode to the 12 days of Christmas. From classic aesthetics to outdoor festivities, this group of dogs are doing the holiday season the right way.
1. LILIKOI THE FRENCH BULLDOG
Celebrating the christmas season is anything but boring for @sweetlilikoibear! Who says costumes have to be exclusively for Halloween? Lilikoi the french bulldog loves to show off her favorite holiday past times and festive toys on her Instagram feed. Without a doubt, Lilikoi has unleashed the Christmas spirit in all of her followers.
2. BOOGIE SHOES THE CHIHUAHUA
Wouldn’t we all love to receive @littleboogieshoes under our Christmas trees? Not only is Boogie Shoes the cutest present, but he celebrates the holiday season the exact way we’d like to, by relaxing in the coziest of sweaters. Boogie reminds us to go through this holiday season as stress-free as we possibly can and to enjoy the time we have with friends and family.
3. TOBIAS THE SHIH-POO
Brooklyn pup, @_toby_the_doggy_ is living proof that advent calendars aren’t just for humans. Every day in December Tobias unveils a day of his advent calendar full of dog treats on his Instagram story! With outfits galore, it is no wonder that Toby has been slowly rising in his Instagram following. His Home (Paw)lone sweater starring (Mutt)-Cualay Culkin is on our Christmas list for next year.
4. PIPPIN THE MINI DACHSHUND
Santa, please stop at @pippin.dapple.doxie’s house! He’s brought out the Christmas cheer for all of his followers by getting tangled up in lights, dressing up in his best reindeer ears, and hanging out with his favorite holiday stuffed pals. We can’t quit laughing at the Dachshund through the snow bandana photo on Pippin’s feed.
5. HOPE ANTONELA & JASPER FENIX
Standard poodles, @hope.antonela_jasper.poodles are snoozing through the Christmas holiday in style. But don’t get it twisted, they’re wearing red all month long to celebrate the holiday. You can see Hope wearing her red bow and carrying around her gingerbread toy on her Instagram feed.
6. MACARONI THE MINI AUSTRALIAN LABRADOODLE
Macaroni, a.k.a., @mac.the.minidoodle is so excited for Christmas morning that he stays patiently waiting by the tree and wagging his tail every time someone walks by. He even offered to help wrap up the presents so that he could get a sneak peak of his presents (and tear them up afterwards!)
7. THAT DOOD SQUAD
What is better than one pup that’s ready for Christmas? How about a whole Squad! This squad of doodles, @thatdoodsquad, have all the best Christmas festivities checked off of their list including a visit from Santa AND the Grinch! This is one crew that we’d love to roll with. Santa please send us a dog squad of our own!
8. ALIBI, MAISY, LUNA & FENYA
From taking a hike in the snow to visiting waterfalls, this adventurous pup and his siblings are wandering their way through the holiday with nature at the forefront. A Christmas tree is still a tree, right, @hesmyalibi? We’re here for the non-traditional Christmas festivities!
9. LYCHEE & MOCHI THE CORGIS
If you’ve never seen a corgi sized Christmas tree, let @lychee_the_corgi and Mochi introduce you to theirs. An all inclusive Christmas is exactly what Santa ordered this year! Just looking at Lychee’s excitement gets us excited for the 25th, too. Santa, please bring Lychee’s Christmas Tree glasses for every dog on the planet please.
10. BRUSSEL SPROUT
Leave it to @brussels.sprout to take the Elf on the Shelf phenomenon to a whole other level. If it was up to us we would put Brussels on OUR shelf. Sprout accepts snacks in exchange for getting onto Santa's nice list this year. Sprout sends you pugs and kisses for the new year ahead!
11. TINKERBELLE THE DOG®
Actor, model and professional diva, @tinkerbellethedog has claimed her space on the naughty list this year with all of her excitement and rein(dog) cheer! Not only has she been held by celebrities, she’s been on Santa’s lap too! If only we could be so lucky to celebrate our Christmas with Tinkerbelle!
12. SUSHI THE DOG
Famous doggy Tik Tok Star, @sushisaid has captured the hearts of millions of followers who adore Sushi’s red nose (ruff)dolf attire. There is no dog more festive and tail-wagging excited for this Christmas than Sushi!
